Angie Harmon is an American actress and model, who has been in numerous of TV and film series over time. After gaining fame internationally, Angie Harmon began her modelling career. The beginning of her acting career came in 1995 when she starred in the television show "Baywatch Nights". Harmon also performs voice acting and was the voice of the animated film "Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker". Harmon has stepped down from TV shows in the year 2000 in order to focus on movies. Her return to acting in TV series came following two films. She has been one of the few actresses who have been photographed in a discreet manner for the "Allure" magazine since the year 2008. The role as detective Jane Rizzoli was her most notable work on the TNT show Rizzoli & Isles. She was awarded for her work as Detective Jane Rizzoli on the TNT series.
